3-Month Health Coaching Package

Includes 13 sessions over three months

 

VISION SESSION (approximately 2 hours)

 

The first step in the change process is to create your wellness vision. This is your health journey and as such, we will build it around your hopes and dreams. I am not here to tell you what to eat or how often to exercise, but rather to help you discover the unique habits, disciplines and strategies that will be effective for you. To create your wellness vision, I will guide you through answering a series of questions around achieving your optimal state of wellbeing. We will explore ideas such as… 

 

  • What would peak health and wellness look and feel like for you? 

  • Why is this important to you? 

  • How would your life and relationships be different as a result? 

  • What strengths can you tap into to help you achieve your vision? 

  • What is going to motivate you to keep progressing towards your vision? 

  • What obstacles might you encounter along the way and how will you overcome them?

  • How committed are you to achieving this vision?

 

After crafting your wellness vision, we will establish your initial 3-month goals and create action goals for the upcoming week to get you progressing towards your vision. Using a holistic approach to health, these goals may be in one or more areas including, but not limited to nutrition, exercise, weight loss, sleep, stress management, energy, health, spirituality and life satisfaction.

 

WEEKLY SESSIONS (approximately 50 minutes each)

 

After our initial vision session, we will continue to meet weekly to review your goals from the previous week. We will celebrate the victories and explore any obstacles that may have stood in the way of success, creating strategies to overcome the challenges. We will revise, continue or set new goals for the following week. Additionally, we will reserve time each week to discuss any relevant issues standing between you and your vision and brainstorm new ways to reach your goals and bring about personal satisfaction. With each small and incremental success, you will grow increasingly confident in your innate ability to achieve your optimal level of health and wellness.

  • Unlimited emails and texts between appointments to support efforts

  • Monthly meetups for a more personalized experience

  • Appointment reminders before each session

  • Follow-up documentation after each session with weekly goal recap

  • Evaluation of goal completion at the end of the third month and revision/creation of new 3-month goals

  • Opportunity to customize a coaching package beyond the 3 months to best suit your on-going needs

 

PRICING

  • Payment in Full: $1200

  • Payment Plan: 3 monthly payments of $450 each
